I am a recovering heretic. I was born into both schism and heresy. I am searching for God and I believe I have found him.   Despite a strong draw to the Eastern Orthdox I have come to realize I am in the West and so I should look to the West. 

If it were up to me I would already have joined the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.   However I have been compelled to become a member of the Lutherans, via the same method that most of the original Lutherans became Lutherans.   The ruling princes in a land switched and forced the peasants to become Lutherans.

This blog deals primarily with my thoughts and my search.  

Please always keep in mind that I am just a man with an opinion and a keyboard.   I may be right I may not.   The reason I write is because I have a compelling need to.  I write because it helps me formulate my thoughts.   I write also because it exposes my thoughts to others who may be interested and who may have feedback on the topic which may be of interest to me.   I write so that I do not pester those around me who are not interested in these things with my thoughts.
